Rest On Us: 2025 Diocesan Women’s Retreat

The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you (Luke 1:35)

A relationship with the Holy Spirit is integral to a flourishing faith and relationship with God and His Church; yet, we can feel uncertain about how to live in relationship with the Holy Spirit. We may not realize we have the ability to welcome the power of the Holy Spirit into our lives in a personal way.

Because of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and through the power of the sacramental life of the Church, the Holy Spirit is not only at work in the world; He is also at work in you. You have the power to encounter Him, know Him, and call upon Him. He desires to rest upon you.

In this one day retreat, we will strive to more deeply know and encounter the fruit of God’s Love, the Holy Spirit. We will pray together, hear talks filled with witnesses of hope, and be empowered to call on the Holy Spirit in our daily lives.

The day will include talks, fellowship, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, opportunities for the sacrament of confession, and conclude with Mass. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
